PRINCIPAL DUTIES
The "Senior Sales Executive - Corporate Benefits and Wellbeing" responsibilities will include:
- Grow the Morrinson Wealth Corporate Wellbeing offering of products such as Group Pensions, Group Protection and Group Private Medical Insurance.
- Support MW’s leadership team with business development input as required.
- Bringing in business through the various means available.
- Hold prospective sales appointments and seek to convert to clients.
- Develop, manage and implement corporate relationships/joint ventures, such as introducer relationships.
- Develop effective ongoing relationships with clients and partners particularly in Finance and HR spaces.
- Develop, manage and implement lead generation projects.
- Successfully sell wellbeing sessions and programmes (both virtual and in-person) to corporate clients, along with 1-2-1 meetings where possible.
- Identify and explore additional revenue streams.
- Develop professional financial marketing management and sales consulting skills.
- Database management of key and prospective relationships.
PERSON SPECIFICATION
- Minimum two years’ experience in a B2B based sales role with a focus on Corporate Benefits.
- Outstanding communication (written and oral), organisation, and time management skills.
- Highly IT literate.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and in teams.
- Ability to meet deadlines while handling multiple concurrent projects.
- Strong drive to achieve results.
- Scrupulous attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good judgment and multitasking ability
- Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills.
- Committed to advocating and encouraging an inclusive and diverse team culture.
- Understanding the benefits of the wellbeing agenda and promoting an open and considerate culture.
OFFICE LOCATION
We are working on a hybrid model office/home working.

- A salary of £40,000.00 - £45,000.00 depending on experience
- A tiered commission structure with OTE £100,000.00+
